ok, so we have bought a caravan and livestock trailer, along with the quad, and seeing as we won't have much in the case of security, to start with, i tried to find some good options, anyway…found this site, seen the security posts i wanted, placed an order…and thought, for that price, they may just do…..flippen eck…talk about quality…
anyway..not just that..i got talking to the lad, i rang to say thank you for the great service…and we have come up with a little idea, for a farm entrance gate lock..a bit more secure than most that i have looked at … he is going to knock one up….i am really impressed with this service, and quality….

I think its only right we should thank companies when we are pleased with their product. All to often, they only hear from people when things go wrong.
I emailed our vets to thank them for their help particularly with the goat worming and testing. The young vet who deals with farm animals is really nice to deal with, has a keen interest in farm animals - including goats, which was not the case at my previous vets - and she goes out of her way to help, and quite happy to answer questions over the phone.
I got a lovely email from the vet concerned, to say how touched she was to receive a thank you. It made me think, when she said it had made her day to get the email, and realise her hard work was appreciated!!!

could not agree more Roxy, the lad was really pleased when i rang him, to be honest, its not something i normally do, but he even up graded one of the posts seeing as he didn't have two of one kind in stock..the one he up graded was 35 pounds more….helen has just seen them, and she was gobsmacked….you certainly gets your money's worth

I think saying thankyou makes their day. Mostly its so unexpected that their reaction makes your day too.
Well done that lad

I've often made a point of thanking someone for good service and they always seem surprised. They're more used to being moaned at.
