The butchers sundriesman Dalziels in Bellshill 01698 749595 stock them but I know they are quite expensive. I have one that I don't use that often that you are welcome to borrow.

If you don't mind waiting, I bought two butcher's saws (different sizes) and a sausage making machine from somewhere.  I hope that it will still be on the box with the sausage machine.  I am at work at the moment but can have a look tonight and will post tonight.  :cat: :chook:

Northern Tool have got them on sale at the moment £17.24 each or 3 for £34.48

That is where I was going to suggest.  They are good and did the venison a treat.  I can also recommend their sausage maker.   :cat: :chook:
