Well, nobody on here wanted my lovely grass but I have found a possible taker on another website. Now before I let them in i would like something in writing that will cover me should things go belly up. Any ideas where I can find a grazing agreement to download and pring that will keep me right? Free would be good but I appreciate you get what you pay for! Thanks in advance :)

Contact your local mart or other agri brokers that advertise grazing/park lets in spring. Whether they'll give you a free copy or do the work for you, they're the experts and no farmer will want to fall foul of them by messing about.

I have used a couple of theirs but its never been tested in court. I think it will make who ever you take it on realise you will not be messed about. I have had a bad experience with a lodger so make sure you get everything signed and paid for before they move in. I rent a field on a licence and I pay up front 6 months in advance.
