Are chickens allowed grass cuttings?

mine love a pile of fresh clippings they dive straight in and throw them around and eat lots of them as well...


i only give them enough that they get through them in about 30 minutes...

Watch they aren't too long though - they can get impacted crops that way. So the  answer is to cut the grass regularly

Depends on your mower too - if they're clean, they're OK, if they've covered in oil or something not so good.
