Our 8.3 acre north Devon smallholding (12 miles north of Okehampton) is up for sale through a local Westcountry estate agent. There is a further 10 acres adjacent to the property available by separate negotiation.
The 3/4 bed property is 1/3rd of a mile down a well-maintained bridleway and offers tremendous tranquillity and stunning views.
I've also set-up a website to help promote the property.

Good advert website ... but no guide price?
-
Well spotted Linda, the guide price is £495k and we are open to offers.

Looks fab. If only it wasn't so far from me and I had an extra £100k I'd jump at it. Good luck

Thanks, we have put a lot of work into the place over the last 12 years.

Agree it looks lovely ... shame Devon is over 100K more for a smallholding than Carmarthenshire. Good luck.

Good luck :fc: it looks lovely.

Well, it's been a roller-coaster since I last posted! We've sacked our previous agent as they were next to useless and have now got the property on with Miller Town & Country, a far more switched on agent.
The promo site is still live with new photography, http://www.smallholding-for-sale.co.uk (http://www.smallholding-for-sale.co.uk) with links at the bottom to Miller T&C plus the 2 main portals.
The property is now far more realistically priced at £450k

Can't get the website to work :( is there another link?
