				Hello folks,

We are tentatively looking for some land for smallholding.  We don't have funding secured as yet, but foresee having a budget of around £30,000 for agricultural land in South Perthshire, Stirlingshire, Loch Lomond or East Argyll.  Quality of land is not essential - hill or rough grazing would do nicely, but we'd ideally need 12-20acres.  Some kind of running water is needed too.

Due to planning technicalities, it would help if the site was stone-dyked or traditionally hedged, or have the boundary demarcated by some other natural feature such as water, trees or hills.

This does seem a lot to ask, but please let me know if you have anything similar to what we're looking for.

 Thanks,
 Lynn

PS - if we cannot get land in these areas,  then we'd consider relocating to anywhere within an hour's drive of Glasgow.  This would perhaps open up more possibilities...
