Sorry only the 1 acre the cottage is in good condition with oil central heating new windows and doors
2 wood burners new kitchen.....

Thank you i just thought some one who wants to live the dream as we have would be interested it has been valued higher by local estate agents......

Amazing what you can buy in different parts of the UK for £150k. Seems a bargain and I'm sure you will have a lot of interest. Places with an acre don't tend to hang on the market for long. Is it with an agent that you could link to for pictures?

Also, not really sure what Foobar has done wrong. Was only a passing comment, hardly anything offensive.

offence taken by me :) just took it he was looking for 9 acres.... no i do not have it with an estate agent yet but it will be next Tuesday  Smallholder estate agents in New castle Emlyn... Thanks for the interest...

Sometimes people who are selling houses with land also own additional land, which perhaps they might not have thought about selling with said house.  Maybe it might be a little away from the house itself etc.   Or there is the possibility of rented land nearby etc.  Not everyone puts everything on an initial advert - that's the only reason that I asked, just on the off chance. :)

I have now put this with the smallholder estate agent in Newcastle Emlyn and the details are on zoopla along with pics...I have had a lot of interest but some from people who need to sell their places so it is still for sale
