Has anyone got a use for cuttle fish bone ?????????

How much do the inland shops charge ???????????

I don't use it now but its great for domestic cage birds to keep their beaks trimmed and I used it with my  chinchillas to help with teeth. I would buy it bagged with 2-3 pieces for appx £1-1.50

im sure we had some on our beach a while back. have you got a supply andy?

btw they are a fascinating species - you couldnt make it up!

I do have a supply yes, I collected hundreds off the beach last year placed them in 2 rainwater barrels to wash them through over winter (remove salt) then forgot about them until today when I went to move water butts so I have about enough to fill 3 x 25kg sacks

Would you like some ??????????

no, i dont have any budgies anymore.  ::)

if they put seashells on the land here, maybe you could do the same with them?

Try Internet selling.  Or a petshop or two will probably buy in bulk to sell on in small quantities  :thinking:
