do you need a certain amount of land to apply for your cph or holding number ???

nope in theory you can have one on a back garden, its up to you if you feel you can justify the use of the land for animals (is it big enough)

our animal health told us someone did have one for just their garden, must have kept goats or something.

that's proper because my brother has land but I also keep tame lambs every year in our garden , which is big enough until they are a certain height but thankyou very much ;D
