Title: free wonky orphan lamb, west yorkshire
Post by: country soul on April 19, 2014, 08:59:11 am
Free orphan lamb, there is a catch its a bit wonky, its front legs are bent through I think not having enough space in the womb due to being a triplet. Its bright and drinking from a bottle with enthusiasum.Comes with a weeks worth of milk powder and some lambs pellets.
I m not sure how mobile it will get ,at present it can stand and walk about, albeit very slowly

I've got a wonky one too. Was walking on fetlock joints until I splinted them and after 2 days they were fine. Knees are still crooked though but she's a fighter and feeding well. Hopefully as she gets heavier and bigger then knees will straighten a bit.

Good luck with re-homing

Bones are still soft. Splints will work
