For one reason and another (close family bereavement etc) we weren't very organised at tupping and so we didn't get the rams raddled in time.
We have had 2 sets of twins and a singleton born. One set of twins is clearly fathered by our Shetland Katmoget (see picture), but the other set of twins and the singleton we don't know and can't tell.
I can't get a decent picture of the other twins. Mum is a Black Welsh Mountain - twins are both black, one has a tiny wisp of white on her head. One seems to have more of a crimp to it's fleece than Mum already.
I've attached a picture of the singleton.
Choice of Dad's is:
Shetland Katmoget (he's a cream colour body with a brown belly, cream and brown face);
Hebridean (dark brown fleece near skin paling to cream fleece at end);
Black Welsh Mountain (dark brown all over).
Can anyone hazard an educated guess?

Looks like your shetland ram was a busy boy ;-) ;D

Sorry I cant help, they all look like shetlands to me!!!
but I am having the same problem and I had a shetland and a charollais cross hampshire down!!
I have small shetland looking lambs, giant shetland looking lambs, shetland lambs with big heads and big ears and tiny lambs that are wide and stocky... I have only have two that are obvs the bigger ram, the rest I have no idea!!!
I think its a waiting game to see how they grow, but it might just be that I have 19 shet lambs and 2 bigger lambs....

I also think the Shetland got round them all :D

Potentially pretty fleeces on the twins.
Can't comment on parenthood as I don't know enough. Is there a sheep version of Jeremy Kyle ? :roflanim:

See if you can get a photo of the black's, I'd love to see 'em. A white wisp on the head sometimes happens with pure BWMs, I have one this year. And they do show a quite a crimp when young, but I'd expect the twins to match in that respect. You might have one black-black and one black-shetland/heb.

I have black shetland lambs with crimpy hair and white flashes on their heads :eyelashes:
