I've a friend selling up in Estonia and wondered whether anybody on here would be interested in a complete bargain smallholding and a bit of an adventure. Here's the link (all in Estonian!):

Her summary ' It's a beautiful wooden eco house built with lots of love, 4 hectares of land (over 1 hectare with organic certification), the village and villagers are lovely too and Saaremaa is so clean, safe and calm.' All for €148k (approx. £120k).
