Hi All
Having sorted house and garden (almost!!!) we are looking to extend our animal collection (cat and chooks). We are considering bringing on a couple of weaners, we have half acre of mature woodland which seems ideal, and pigs would best for clearing the understorey of bracken, bramble and wild garlic. Any advice on pig keeping welcome; especially any recommendations on feed suppliers, abbatoir and butchers.
Big day today as we let the chooks go free range!

Hi welcome to the forum. Best pig advice I can give is
Pour a large glass of wine (leave the bottle next to computer) browse the pig pages here, then ask loads of questions. You couldnt have come to a better site.

I would confirm that, too small a garden for pigs but I do love them, fantastic animals, my daughter has them...I would just add that I would pour a glass of wine and eat one roasted with apple sauce, roast potatoes and stuffing........ummmmmmmmmmmmmm
