Title: Ducks for slug control
Post by: Corn yr Afr on September 24, 2009, 05:14:43 pm
I believe there is a type of duck, maybe Chinese that is bred to eat slugs and snails only.  Used by organic systems?  Does anyone know this breed name? ???

all my ducks love them, but as they also love vegetables, soI pick the beasties off and feed them with them, rather than letting the ducks into my veggie bed  ;D I don't see any difference in what the different breeds eat and i have an Indian Runner.  :&>
