Local to me (as well as a few others on here). So shocked to read it, I've met them, discussed goats with them...can't believe this total negligence and how it makes a mockery of all the safe guards we follow to prevent out break of disease. Really disappointed Gould Life Poultry!!!

I can hardly believe this....
It sounds like they knowingly and deliberately ignored the rules/regulations (rather than unwittingly or accidentally breaking the rules) so what's to stop it happening again?
Why they are still allowed to keep animals?

Can't believe they haven't been banned from keeping animals

If you think this is bad have a look at my other link in the horses section , Templer arabians, Two separate newspaper articles to get your blood boiling, that case comes up in june , even after the RSPCA took the living horses away they were still trying to buy more, Gabi and I still don't know the fate of one we sold to these "People" . they were the be all and end all of the arabian world, the perfect home, or so they convinced everyone.
