According to my dates I'm expecting lambs anytime now. However, one of my ewes appears to have had a little yellow mucous discharge on her back end and her wool looks mildly wet. Lifted her tail and her vagina looked normal and didn't appear dilated. Otherwise she is OK, eating and not showing signs of distress and or labour....yet.
Is this quite common and or is it an early sign of a looming problem?

Keep an eye on her at least every 3 hours from now on - expect probably within 24 hours
