Spoke to the rescue!  Subject to references he's mine  :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited:

He's from IRELAND... Both Fred and Misty are Paddies.....

He's 10 months, quite quiet, probably been over disciplined (quite a paddy trait) not sheep or chook checked but that's cool with me....

Going to try and meet him next week  :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited:

Quite like the name "Alfie" for him though .... :roflanim: :roflanim: :roflanim: :roflanim: :roflanim:

Passed the exam!!!

Sam is mine.

I need to arrange to collect him.

Any recommendations for a nice hotel.  A friend will come with me to help with him on such a long journey, so the least she should have is a nice room and dinner  :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited:

great news, are you wanting a hotel close to the kennels ?
If so there is the nenthall hotel http://nenthall.jpchotelsandleisure.co.uk/?page_id=25 (http://nenthall.jpchotelsandleisure.co.uk/?page_id=25)  just about a mile away or there is lovelady shield  about 1 1/2 miles away http://www.lovelady.co.uk/ (http://www.lovelady.co.uk/)
then there is places like alston house in alston itself about 4 miles away   http://www.alstonhouse.co.uk/ (http://www.alstonhouse.co.uk/)  and various of the smaller pubs in alston do bed and breakfast if you need any more help just ask

It was recently taken over but it has always been popular for meals with the locals. when ever I pass the car park is usually quite full with people staying as well
