This one is next door to where I have been staying  - Sea views on two sides , country on the other two sides and 2 acres of land, it is on a main road but that might be an advantage if wanting to do some sort of business enterprise.  Lovely little harbour down in Dunbeath village, I managed to get down there and take some photos today  :)  Should be on the journal by tomorrow  :fc:   though they are on my new phone so not sure how to get them off yet.  :eyelashes:
