Title: Type ?
Post by: magpiefeather on March 31, 2008, 05:36:26 pm
We were sold these pigs as Kune Kunes, but I am not convinced they are pure bred.  They are 16 weeks and are about 20" tall and 30" long.

Please have a look at the pics, and let me know what you think.

Never had a kune kune before, however they look very cute. Try looking at the web site which a friend of mine recommended they give all sorts of pictures and a fully grown kune kune dimensions

the smallest one of the three do.

I suppose it doesnt really matter what they are, I am just concerned about weather I am feeding them enough really.

I think only kune kune pure breds have tassels, not all  purebreds have them.  Its a prized feature.

If you are worried about not feeding them enough load up on the veg.  Its not fattening and fills them well.
