Due to relocation, I'm having to sell my country cottage  :-[

Just had a nosey too Noodle as we live in Borders too.  Good luck with it, you've done it up beautifully, looks lovely, I'm sure you'll get some horsey folk around here to take it on, I'm quite jealous of your stables, all the best.  :thumbsup:

I've dropped the price (and fixed it) to £25k below the valuation in the hope I can get a quick sale  :fc: Please pass on to anyone you think may be interested.
