Just wondering what the going rate is for a whole butchered pig?

What exactly do you mean? :thinking: Are you wanting a whole one for your freezer or are you planning to sell? Do you want rare breed, traditional or butchers white pigs?

a white butchered and wrapped pig is £230 here. rare breed £300.

What weight surely must come in to it.....

a whole pig here in France is 210 Euro ...
Live weight is about 75kg....
So Butchered
meat and offal no head is about 48/50 kg
