Title: Hello from Armagh Ireland!
Post by: Emmett on January 29, 2014, 08:03:06 pm
Hello! :) I am new to the forum and would like to introduce myself :)

Myself and my father currently have 20 acres on which we intend to run a small flock of pedigree Suffolk sheep and on our big 7 acre field we would like to strip graze 10 aberdeen angus calves ;D

In our 5 acre garden I currently grow assorted vegetables and flowers. We have a small pond where I would like to fence off and keep some ducks :)

We also have some chickens and we had some goats but unfortunately they passed away :( and we had two jack donkeys which now call home the Donkey Sanctuary in Devon

Please feel free to say Hi  and tell me what you think of my plans :D

Hello and welcome, how exciting for you.  :)  I am a wannabee small holder.  We used to grow our own veg about 10 years ago but the day job got in the way, so OH and I determined we going to grow something this year, even got a few pennies out of next months pay packet to buy his and hers spades & forks! :D  OH said not to a pink wheelbarrow, dunno why  ;D  I just thought we'd never misplace it!  ::)
