Hi from Caithness  I have :goat: :dog: :chook: :horse: :sheep: :&> :pig: and desperately seeking Kune kunes since last year :-\ look forward to hearing about yours :)

Hi there-I have two castrated males-Paddy and Charlie! They live in around 2 acres of wooded ground and have a garden shed as their shelter! I got them from Karen in Lesmahagow-you might see some posts from the Happy Hippy above? They are wonderful little pigs and very easy to handle-they come running when I whistle for them!As a complete novice I was a little nervous but they have given us all so much joy and I would thoroughly recommend them!

Here's a 'baby pic' Eileen sent of Paddy & Charlie when they were around 6 months old (hope you don't mind missus ? I'll maybe put on the most recent one you sent too, if you've no objections ? )

No probs-I am happy to see the gorgeous twosome being shown off!

Hello and welcome
We also had two Yonderton KKs - we called them Ant and Dec, but we're eating them now. Loved them - got another two on order for this summer :sunshine:
-
Karen has told me they are good to eat-but I will stick with the apple sauce-too much of a lightweight to even consider it!!-enjoy :pig:

Just been to find out about volunteering at the local RDA today, so I will hopefully get some :horse: experience. :) And might meet some people who are small holders. :)
-
Sounds like a good place to start-would be interested to hear how it goes :pig:
-
I'll keep you posted, go along to take a look after the half term break, fill in the application form and hopefully off we go. :)
