Title: Rural property with 3 acres

 A few folk looking for property in the central scotland area not mine but might suit some one so in coffee lounge not  market place

 - Too far north bloomer?

That's nice - just don't ask the seller to do your interior design  ;D Fences look a bit dodgy.

Yeh village still has pub with food, shop, agri shop, 2x garages, primary school and active village hall not to bad for a wee place

Indeed. I tasted Bailey's for the first time in The Inn at Crook of Devon  ;)

I think the fields have had Shetland ponies in so I guess the posts will have had a bit of rubbing!
