Hi all
I'm looking for a smallholding or land to create one in Fife; we had been discussing/negotiating with a local farmer for a self build plot with 17 acres. however, after 12 months of discussion he has decide not to sell at this time.
We would like a minimum of 4 acres, more would be great as would a mixture of woodland/pasture. If there is property then we would need 3-4 bedrooms, but land with self-build potential could be ideal. I'm happy to consider other areas (primarily on the east coast of Scotland).
We have trawled through all the different websites and are looking at some options. Any help, suggestions or local knowledge of property not on the market is be welcome.
Thanks
Dave
