Title: newbie looking for info

Hello.
Just found this forum and am hopefull there is a member out there that can help. I am looking for a supplier of prague powder no.1 and no.2 . The later being the most important at the moment. As i have just hung some fresh venison in my cooler and want to turn some of the hind quarters in parma.
Would be grateful for any info

The sausage maker as above has it.  I get mine from him.
