If any one is interested I have accidently double ordered & paid for , " Made at home curing and smoking " book by Dick & James Strawbridge " ISBN Code 978-1-84533-657-8....... they arrived today
It's 176 pages of bang up to date knowledge recipes and ideas for curing & smoking all in one very easy read book that actually works exceedingly well .
( Not too many silly pictures either , just enough to let you see what is happening )
The books inc P&P cost me £ 6.94 each a dam good price indeed
