Title: How much for a barn?

We are looking at renting a barn for the sheep, the measurements are 150ft (46m)  long and 98ft (30m)  wide.

Rough price per year?

That's a big barn!


Depends really on whether the owner could alternatively rent it as industrial which would be somewhere between £4 - £6 / sq ft.
