Title: Meat of any sort to fill freezer in Aberdeenshire

Hi all
Looking for some fresh local meat to fill the freezer for the new year. We're not fussy pork, beef or lamb. If anyone is putting anything to the slaughter please let me know and we are willing to travel for pick up.

if no luck - many butchers sell whole pigs, try the butchers at strichen, he does freezer packs of beef too.

I've got a pig going off shortly. I'm at Knockando near Aberlour but the butcher delivers for £12.50. If you might be interested, pm and I'll send you some more info.

We have belted Galloway beef, Mangalitza pork and mutton available from our farm.
We do huntly farmers market every month and have frozen what was left over from Decembers market.
We give good discount when selling frozen meat.
We always have fresh meat available at the start of every month.

Yes they will give a good deal .The price for the pig was good before Christmas . You need to get stock from Thainstone and get them to do it a stea 150 and 50 to sort last you 12 months .sheep at the mo 50 to 65 .30 to do 95 all in .

Buying from Millers is fine and it's a good price but it's worth remembering that you'll be buying commercial pork as opposed to a traditional breed so it's likely to taste like the meat from tesco :-)

 We have pigs going for slaughter in 2 weeks time we can deliver pork butchered the way you want and we deliver to your door as I believe you are in Aberdeenshire also frozen pork available al the time
