Title: adivce on cross breeding

hi Ive got a blackface tub , been adviced to cross breed it but not sure what breed is best i now they are born with horns ???

One farm I do lambing for crosses blackface with north county cheviots however they put the cheviot tup to a blackie ewe

I don't know what the other way would produce
