Title: Middle White & Pietrain X MW Weaners for sale( near York)

We have some birth notified Middle White Weaners available now and a litter of Middle White X Pietrains ready very soon.
The crosses do very well, they grow quickly with large 'hams' and can be kept longer for baconers.
We are around 12 miles east of York.

Sorry Mandy, Bodger etc  I've just been reading your post about people not putting location & price on ads & was patting myself on the back!!( can't find embarrassed icon if I could it would here)
Checked my ad for the weaners and realised that I hadn't given a price.

Perhaps on another thread, but I'd like to hear more about crossing Pietrains with traditional breeds. Its something that I'm considering. :pig:

This litter of Middle Whites all sold now but we have some more coming on who were born at the end of December. Also a litter of pure Pietrains born at  around the same time.
Contact  07963877914 if you want to reserve any they should be ready around the middle to the end of February.

They are lovely little piglets that can be grown on for pork or kept longer for bacon. The Pietrain cross ensures that there won't be too much fat,  the Middle White gives the flavour.
 
We also have a couple of pure Birth Notified Middle Whites, they are renowned as flavoursome porkers, available @£50 each. Both mothers and fathers can be seen too.I can e-mail some photos but can't seem to resize to put them on here :-[

I was getting interested for a brief moment but then I checked the distance and that's a 2.5 hour drive for me so it's a little too far perhaps...


It's a shame as I'm surprised at how hard it is to find weaners in the Northumberland/North Pennines area!
