My GOS piglets will be 14 weeks old tomorrow. My question is simple, how much each should I be feeding them per day? :pig:
-
My 15 week old GOS are on 3lb a day split into two feeds.
-
Yes 3lb a day is fine and gradually increase to 4lb over the next few weeks.
-
I'm hoping that the pigs destined for the chop will be ready at the end of February beginning of March. That should be about right shouldn't it?
-
Should be ready beginning of March as long as they are growing well.
-
That's when i plan to do mine beginning of march, probably keep the gilts on a little longer for bacon.
-
Very very muddy but I'm pleased with how they are looking.

Far from ideal but with this weather, all I can do is to keep on piling the straw into the ark.
