Title: SOS need a name!

We have been planning our new venture for the past 3 years, we're 2 weeks from completion & need a name!

We are opening a butchers/hot & cold take-away (cobs, sausage rolls etc) at the side of our other business, a pet/animal feed store.

Any ideas welcome, 3 years & we've not come up with a good one yet! signwriters coming next Wednesday, so could really do with some inspiration ASAP   :idea:

have you got a mission statement?

our butcher has "pleased to meat you- meat to please you" on his van ..ha...tho thats not his trading name.

Can you link it to the name of your existing business - presumably you will already have a well known local presence that you can expand upon?  If most of your customers are going to be hearty farming types don't make it too whimsical - "Patsy's Pantry" and so on.  If, on the other hand, most of your customers are likely to drive a BMW 4 x 4 and read Country Living that might be OK!

By the way, when you do come up with a name, try these guys (http://www.25poundlogo.co.uk/) to take it one stage further. I had really low expectations given the price, but they actually did really well!

                  Cobs, rolls and fresh meat to fillet
Why choose supermarket meat when you can have the real thing here ?

Come in & have a butchers at our hot meat pies and other foods in our Home Farm Shop.
