Title: Beef, Lamb and Goat and Pork

Well after the last thread seems too have vanished I am posting again
Our jerseys went yesterday and after hanging for 18 days it will be ready on the 13th December.
we will be selling some of it in 10kg packs.
each pack will contain mince, Mixed steaks and Joints.
all will be vacuum packed and the mince will be packed into 1 Lb packs and the steaks in 2s
we will be collecting from Simpsons in Cocksfield on the 13th Dec so can either be collected there or at postcode NE47 of Northumberland. We can also drop off locally

Untill we get them back we are not certain on amount of packs available but I am guessing we will only have around 5 packs still available . I am :o at how popular it is

We will now have some surplus Lamb and Goat aswell as the beef 

Both  will be £60 a half or £120 for a full .
Only 1 full goat left before Christmas

10kg Beef Packs, £100
Half lamb £60
Full Lamb £120
Half Pork £110
Goat all reserved until mid January

Some Beef still available ,Vacum Packed  ready too collect on Friday.
Pork will be ready on the 20th dec all packed on trays and bags ready for the freezer only 1 half not reserved

We already have loads of our own pork but I'll check our available freezer space tonight and might be in touch for some beef and/or lamb if you have any left.


Perhaps you might be interested in a swap for some of our free range Tamworth pork?  ;D

We will have some Beef left, Lamb we can get some done this week and collect just before Christmas otherwise it will be in the new year as will the Goat.
We really don't need any pork as we have our own and will have a half spare on the 20th Dec anyway
