Hiiii
I am starting to think about hatching next year, and I know with hatching chicks you get cockerels, but really I need less and over 65% of my chicks turned out to be cockerels.
So my question for you today, Is what are the best breed/breeds to get sex linked chicks from?! I want large breeds with not much feathering on there feet ( to much mud in Devon!!!) and good layers.
I also don't have much knowledge on sex linked chickens so any would be great fully received!
Thank you :)

RIRx LS or if you fancy something a little posher, Welsummer x LS. There are numerous sex linked crosses out there to choose from.

You won't get the sex link unless it's a RIR male and LS female. It doesn't work the other way round.
