Title: Seatsavers
Post by: Daisys Mum on November 03, 2013, 12:47:19 pm
Does anyone use one and which one would you recommend? Because I am now riding most days and my bones are a lot older I feel that I would like to be a bit more comfortable in the saddle. I ordered a Bartl one from eBay which was supposed to be one size but it didn't fit my 18in saddle, in fact it fit the little welshies 15in one. Don't really want to pay a fortune but it could come from Santa along with a new hat!

I use the Heather Moffat one, Think it's like memory foam stuff inside, the original one that everyone else then copied. It is fantastic and as I use a synthetic saddle cos of our Cairngorm weather the seat saver makes things more comfy. I don't have a tiny behind at all and it is supremely comfy. A second hand one of them is better than a lookie likey new I reckon.

I use the Heather Moffat one too and find it brilliantly comfy on my size 16 bum and 17" saddle. I thnk it was about £50, but think it was well worth it.

I also used a Heather Moffat when I was riding and found it made a huge difference.
