Title: Help offered with preparing poultry (Dorset/New Forest and surrounding areas)

Hi
I would like to offer my help on a voluntary basis, to anyone who has birds they are planning to prepare for the table eg for Christmas or any other time. I have previously helped with dry plucking and other aspects of the process.

It would be great to help with this important process, meet new people and to gain further knowledge and skills.

I work full time but can usually be flexible on days off to fit in with people's plans. Please feel to get in touch if I could be of help to you or someone you know

There will be plucking partis starting very soon .I used to give a bird and a tenner to my staff .Fist yare i havent  done it will miss it .
