Hi,  both my neighbours have horses and so do many people here but it's still a poorer community and they want everthing to be very cheap, I also know someone with stables but they have a regular farrier that they have had for years,,,,,,,,,,,,,,an keep you in mind and I will ask around when I can!! good luck!
