Title: Egg size question for Incubator
Post by: Hillview Farm on October 16, 2013, 08:30:26 pm
I'm planning on hatching some pekin bantams in the spring. I have the brinsea mini advance incubator with the standard egg tray inside. Have used this egg tray for duck and full sized chickens in the past.

My question is:

Do I use this standard egg tray or shall I order the smaller one which holds more eggs but in the description it says "This tray will hold 12 quail ,pheasant or very small bantam eggs (ie: seramia, dutch etc) "

Thoughts please  ;D

I used the same incubator for pekin eggs and it worked fine.  :)
