Title: Pork hock?

If you're in the area and you fancy a bite to eat, then this is what we'll be having next weekend.

For some reason, we seem to have quite a few pork hocks in the freezer and I found this recipe when I was Googling to see what to do with them. It sounds damned deelish don't you think? :excited:

How odd - Just yesterday I was trying to create space in the freezers and came across 2 unbrinned pork hocks. We enjoyed hocks that we had put in brine with the hams but the 2 hocks I found did not fit in the brine container.
I'll give the receipe a bash one winters day.
