Get rid - one way or another - just be sure you get the right hen.  Once they start they don't usually stop.  Presumably she smashes them to eat them not because she's clumsy?

time to go she will teach the others in a matter of days, but golf balls in nest boxes help with a little mustard added.  :excited:

I'm no expert. Just a few things  Ive read or heard that might help.
Make sure there is plenty of grit and oysters ell available. Use good quality diet. Put items out to stop boredom  such as a hanging cabbage or outdoor perches at different levels. There are roller egg nest boxes which roll the egg to safety when it is layed
Check for eggs constantly ( if you can collect them before she has a chance to damage them you might manage to break the habit.  Sometimes I've heard that changing the coop to a spare coop for a while upsets the balance enough to put the trouble hen off her routine.

Just a few things you may be able to try.  I haven't had a problem yet, no doubt one day it will happen  ::)

Good luck   :hshoe:  :chook:
