Title: Help what breed ?

Hi every one,
I have just managed to get a bit of land near Scarborough and I am after getting a few sheep,as I am new to this any help would be greatfully accepted, Whats a good breed to start off with etc.
Was looking at Kerry Hills.

I have Kerryh Hills and only one way 2 describe them - highly spirited!!!!!  ;D

Lovely breed the Kerry Hill.Bit expencive to start on and finding a tup may be a problem.Your looking at £100+ for a mismark and a hell of a lot more for anything any good.
I'd get hold of a few full mouthed first and see how you get on before spending serious money on a pure breed.
I have Lleyns top class ewes.
