Title: is flubenvet ok for ducks??
Post by: bibs on August 12, 2009, 08:39:28 am
Hi

just about to worm my poultry with flubenvet when it occured to me that the instructions don't mention ducks. ( geese, chickens and turkeys yes ). My ducks live with my chickens and geese and it'll be a big job to separate them if they are not supposed to ingest flubenvet. I'm guessing it'll be ok but does anyone know for sure???

Cheers x

I use Verm X as it does say it is for all poultry. I would imagine that unless it says not suitable for ducks it would be safe enough? Why not "google" flubenvet and see what their website suggests?

it does not mention duck but it does geese. so I'm not sure it may be worth checking with your suppler.
