Title: Pigs and mint
Post by: fifisoo on September 23, 2013, 07:10:00 pm
Our little pigs had us in stitches tonight. At feeding time we chopped off a pile of mint as we have a rather large bed of it, we thought we'd try out the pigs with it. They took one sniff and started rolling in it.

Obviously my ladies like to smell minty fresh :bouquet:

I'll definitely have to try that with ours at some point - we have plenty of mint in pots around the place and I'm sure our pigs would like some freshening up!  ;D

Having recently given up smoking I now quite often find myself with a packet of extra strong mints in my pocket, the pigs go crazy for the to the point where I'm teaching 1 of the young gilts all sorts of tricks but the best thing is she sucks them and the faces she pulls are classsic ..
