Hi all we are in aberdeenshire and I need to order about 6\700 meters of stockfence has anyone ex of ordering this amount in this area. Who can share ex cheers verdi

are you planning on installing yourself?
depends on how many corners and gate posts you need?
when i'm buying to install straight runs i budget 3 pound a metre for mesh top and bottom wire stabs every 6ft all the staples etc
strainers are 12 pounds ish each...
these prices are central scotland where we have a great supplier.

Ring around all your local suppliers, get a few quotes then use the quotes to see if you can screw the others down a bit.

Wows no wonder you haven't got any money in Scotland the suppliers are having it all.
4" post £2.56
Stock fence £0.78/ metre (that be the good stuff)
7-8" corner/gate posts £7
Staples £9 for 10kg
But that be ere in Devon ;D

if you think fencing is expensive - i can get weaner pellets from our local farm shop for £12 a 25kg sack - such a bargain!
