We have been offered a lovely open barn to house our Dexters over winter if we need to. The lady doesn't have any livestock apart from a couple of horses. We will provide all hay/haylage and straw etc and look after them ourselves (only round the corner from us) and she will provide the building, water and electric (just a light for if we need to go when it is dark). Does anyone know what would be a fair price for rent? Also would we be able to make it temporarily part of our holding to avoid TB testing as they may be there more than 60 days? Thanks ;D
