Title: Wanted, Welsh Cottage to rent, with a bit of land

Hi,

We're looking to rent a cottage in Wales (ideally in Powys) with a bit of land.

We would like a 2-bedroom cottage (possibly more if it would enable us to also do B&B). We also would like land to grow some veggies (I am a qualified and experienced gardener), and to keep our chickens on. Ideally this would be around 1 acre.

If pasture land is also available we may look at the possibility of getting a few sheep, pigs, or goats, but this is not essential.

We can pay rent of around £500pcm for a 2 bedroom cottage with land, but if it has more bedrooms, and at least 2 bathrooms that we could use for B&B we would be happy to pay up to £650.
