Title: DRESSED CARCASS WEIGHTS

Hi all have just got my weights back for our first pigs forgot to ask guy who is going to cut them how much weight we will get back, pigs which were GOS X OSB weighed 63.5 63.5 and 60.5 back fat was 2 at 17mm and 1 at 20mmjust wondering how much weight we should expect to get back thanks HPF

Approx. 30% each pig if the heads are still on (these weigh about 6 kgs each).

Sorry, the last post was meant to say about 30% loss, and you get 70% of the weight back, not the other way round!
