Sorry for so many questions.... Emily is my elderly Sussex who I had to hand feed for 4 weeks when she was very ill. Amazingly she pulled through (thanks to the advice on here about what to feed a sick hen).... but now her head seems slightly at an angle so she's looking slightly up.... It is possible I injured her whilst hand feeding her....
Any ideas, its not getting worse (I don't think) and she seems fine but it is odd. She is now a lopsided :chook:

Hens do get something I think is called stargazer , though I haven't experienced this in our flock so would have to look it up. Does Emily look upwards or is her head just bent to the side , maybe it is just an injury she has incurred and being an older hen isn't recovering so well ?
