I love my birds , but in a case like this, the oven would be on gas mark 6 and the spuds peeled..... :innocent:

I love the head-line Women forced to wait 8 years, err darling I'd have that earing out in 8 minutes! I love having my chickens, but its more the flock as a whole and having them around.

Sorry but she'd be in the pot & I wouldn't go paying for a vets op to recover the diamond - it might cost £300+ for all you know & what if she pooped it out! God knows where it could go! Hmm £20 chicken vs £300 diamond & a meal on the table - I know which I'd choose. Normally we only kill the cocks & spent layers & deformed birds but I'd make an exception. ( I love my chooks but they are there mainly for eggs & meat, apart from the few ornamental types x
